The Department of Transnational Italian Studies cordially invites you to its biannual cooking workshop. Join our Chefs Tommaso Ghezzani and Iuri Moscardi as they lead this hands-on collaborative training about how to prepare "Cenci" and "Fritelle", the most celebrated dessert of the Italian Carnival.
